RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nainvish Lifestyle, it’s our constant Endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Nainvish Lifestyle website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

At Nainvish Lifestyle we have 7 days Refund policy, it gives you an option to return items purchased from Nainvish.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

 

Exchange – We do not have any exchange policy

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:

All product tags intact and in their original packaging

Product must be unused

Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition

Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO NAINVISH LIFESTYLE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  • Create a 'Return Request'' under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
  • We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.

OR

To raise a return request please drop us an email on Nainvish.d2c@gmail.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

 

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: 9081234003

NOTE:

1) We will not be responsible if wrong product is handover by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup.

2) The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max - Rs.100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.

 

REFUNDS

Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 2 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 1 working day to initiate refund. Post refund initiation, it takes 5-7 working days to reflect in customer's account. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

NOTE:  Order is not accepted if the packaging is torn or in bad state

What is the refund time period?

Post return is raised; it takes 2 business days for product pickup. Post pickup, 24 working works to initiate the refund and then 5-7 business days to reflect in customer's account.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

 

Refund in case of Rescheduling Delivery

On the date of delivery if customer is not available or reschedule delivery we will provide Upto 5 days stock facility after that your order has been automatically cancelled and we will provide credit note of that amount which is valid for 90 days and you can use for next purchase.
